The Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Commission, Inc. (FVEDC) was established to promote economic development priorities throughout Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Whether we are working with an existing company or working to leverage private investment into our community, the FVEDC is ready for the endeavor.
The FVEDC has 9 Board of Directors who are skilled in the foundations of economic and business development. It is the mission of the FVEDC Board of Directors to ensure your economic development project or idea receives all the resources necessary to make your business idea become a reality.
The FVEDC is working closely with the Town of Fuquay-Varina, the development community financial institutions to foster public & private relationships with commercial/residential developers to further grow our region and acquire the resources needed to promote economic development. The Town of Fuquay-Varina Elected Officials and Staff have put into place the assets to include sufficient water, sewer, and utility resources for any industry that wishes to become part of the Fuquay-Varina community. Infrastructure is readily available to support high-tech communications and manufacturing capabilities while we continue to work towards securing capital financing opportunities for potential projects.
