Our Mission and Vision

The Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Commission (FVEDC) is based in Fuquay-Varina, which is south of Raleigh and minutes from Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.

The FVEDC provides economic development leadership to retain, expand and attract quality jobs, businesses, industries and investment in the Fuquay-Varina area for the benefit of its residents.

Mission Statement

To identify, target, recruit and retain businesses and industries in the Town of Fuquay-Varina.

Vision Statement

The Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Commission, working in concert with the Town, is a exemplary organization of individuals who will: (i) endeavor to incubate economic growth in the Town by encouraging and facilitating the creation of new jobs, (ii) work to retain existing industries/businesses, and (iii) attract businesses which contribute to a strong local economy, a rising standard of living, and to a sense of community. Businesses or industries inquiring to expand or locate in Fuquay-Varina will be impressed by the business-like approach of the FVEDC and the opportunities presented by our community.
